30mins or 1hr option 1:1 Personal training session.
This is very focused session where we will guide you through a goal specific training session using scientific methods of training that have been tried and tested for decades.
-1 hour group fitness/ bootcamp

10 Week goal specific training program customised just for you which includes, measurements, strength and fitness testing, nutritional guidance and information regarding daily step count targets.
 
-16 week goal specific training program customised just for you. Our 16 week program is a periodised style training program which means its broken down into 2 separate 8 week programs within the 16 weeks. both halves will focus on different aspects of training and program will be altered according to progression.
This program includes, measurements, strength and fitness testing, nutritional guidance and information regarding daily step count targets.
 
Signing up to any of our online programs gives clients access to a chat with one of our PTs who will answer any questions you might have regarding training including how to perform certain exercises.
We feel its important to check progress and discuss the changes your body is going through so you will meet with us twice per week throughout the program for a 45 minute  1 on 1 personal training session and to discuss progress and measure your gains in strength fitness or mobility.
*clients are under no obligation to have their bodies measured or have their strength and fitness tested it just allows us to program more accurately and makes our job a little easier.
We cater for all levels of strength and fitness from absolute beginner to seasoned bodybuilder.
So the simple answer is …no you will  never be out of your depth because it’s our job to ensure that you are guided along safely based on your current level. Being a beginner is a wonderful place to be because the capacity to grow and learn is huge. We have so much knowledge to share with you. We have a broad knowledge of strength and fitness principles as well as the ability to give nutritional guidance so we always ensure we vary both exercise and intensity depending on clients ability and skill level whilst training clients or running group fitness sessions.
We will never prescribe exercises or levels of training intensity we don’t believe you can perform in a safe manner.

Yes, we require all new clients to sign our cancellation policy form before booking a session to show they understand and acknowledge their responsibilities when booking and cancelling a session.
